1. Product Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) by default.
Prices shown in USD or EUR are for reference only and may vary with exchange rates.
UAE prices include VAT when applicable.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or currency conversion fees charged by their bank.

Mermaids Club reserves the right to update prices or promotions without prior notice.
In case of pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel any order prior to shipment.

2. Shipping Policy

UAE Delivery
• Standard delivery within 1–3 business days
• Free for orders above AED 100
• AED 25 delivery charge for orders below AED 100
• One re-delivery attempt included; additional attempts may incur a fee

International Delivery
• Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on destination
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are payable by the customer

Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 24–48 hours (business days). Peak seasons may require additional time.

Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

3. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Mermaids Club piece.
Because our robes are crafted from premium cotton and designed for comfort, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.
All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Eligible Returns
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Sale or discounted items (final sale)
• Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number required)

How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, you may choose between:
• A replacement (if available), or
• A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are non-refundable, except in case of our error.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for unused products, subject to availability.

Return Shipping
Returns within the UAE are free of charge.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Checkout & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Tap Payments, a UAE-licensed payment gateway compliant with Central Bank regulations.
We accept major debit and credit cards.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure servers.

Mermaids Club does not store or access your card details at any point.
By completing a purchase, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
We may request additional verification for large or suspicious transactions.

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment and subject to stock availability.
• Prices, descriptions, and availability may be corrected at any time.
• Minor variations in color or fabric texture may occur due to photography and lighting.
• Mermaids Club is not liable for delays, courier handling, or indirect damages.
